About This Lesson
The series of exercises performed on a mat designed to increase core body strength, flexibility, and all over body conditioning. This class utilizes creative modifications and sequences to go beyond the usual foundational exercises of Pilates.
Linda has been teaching ballet for 25 years and currently teaches in Berryville, VA . She incorporates her classical ballet training into her classes by stressing the importance of posture, balance and flow. She also holds certificates for older adult fitness and Pilates Mat through AAAI/ISMA.
