Aerial Pilates

Classes are using the aerial hammock rigging which is looped fabric and two point rigging system. Experience the benefits of anti-gravity Pilates! Deepen stretches, find support and strength in exercise progressions, decompress the spine, and relieve hip tension. Classes are all levels.
