About This Lesson

Instructors utilize our many types of Pilates equipment to create diverse routines. Classes may include mat work with or without props like the Reformer, the Wunda Chair, stability balls and the Bosu ball.  Safe and fun for all levels!

I became certified in Mat Pilates through The Fitness Studio in 2014 and begun teaching with Michelle as my mentor. I also have a background in art and dance; when preforming and instructing Pilates I use them to elicit the beauty and flow of each movement. I am currently working toward completing my Pilates Teachers Training.
